WE UNDERSTAND that many organisations have moved away from the production of traditional components in-house, to focus on their core consultancy. Yet they still require an absoloute assurance of quality from outsourced services.

DENHOLM REES & O'DONNELL is a privately owned engineering company, of some seventy years standing, employing over one hundred people on two sites. Our team of highly trained quality precision engineers and skilled cnc machinists, cmm service providers, coded welders and fitters are capable of delivering batch quantities of any number [or indeed one-offs] of precision components, in addition to a diverse range of fabrications and mechanical handling equipment.

WE operate under strict quality management systems, in accordance with and approved by AOQC Moody International to ISO 9001 (2000 revision). Staff within the fabrications department have also been trained to both BS 4870 and ASME IX. We have one of the North's biggest CMM Service machine (Coordinate Measuring Machine) providing us with reassurance that everything that leaves our premises is perfect.

As an integral part of the “single source service” we can provide a pre-production design resource, as well as post-production finishing and installation. Therefore, if so required, DENHOLM REES & O'DONNELL can accept commissions for complete assemblies and manage projects through to completion. In fact our high quality precision engineering, or better know as single source engineering, can tranform any idea into a working product.

OUR plant list includes nine [Mazak, Daewoo, and Bridgeport] CNC machines, a gantry crane system over the entire machine shop for maximum efficiency and, within the grinding section, 600 O/D by B/C capacity, including planetary grinders, and our new pride and joy, the LK C80 CMM machine.
