Our 30,000 square foot factory is situated close to the M57 and M58 motorways with a further 20,000 square foot facility at our subsidiary company, C.E. Edwards (Engineers) Ltd who are located in Stoke On Trent.

Established for 70 years, we can offer you quality precision engineering and manufacturing service for the production of a single component through to complete assemblies, for a wide range of industries.

Our substantial machining capacity includes 14 CNC machines and 60 conventional machines, together with a comprehensive grinding section.

The Fabrication department that has a CNC machine press brake with a capacity up to 3 metres / 150 tonnes with welding and fabrication in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Dedicated teams are assigned to work on assembly and inspection is rigorous, to AOQC, ISO 9001 (2000 revision) minimum standards. These inhouse offline inspection services provide the ultimate evaluation of the output of products and processes.

Our CMM machine and CMM services provide an independent check on machining processes and goods inwards. Machine tool probing, supported by sample inspection on our CMM machine service, can permit extrenal manufacturers to understand their machining processes, or internally for us to ensure that parts are to drawing.
